Since the pandemic, lumber pricing has gone through the roof. Pre-pandemic, our cost for a 2 x 4 x 8 was under five dollars, today it’s closer to $10. Materials like appliances, windows, and doors can take upwards of four months to arrive to the job site. We do everything in our power to maximize our purchasing ability to ensure your project stays on time and on budget.
Kitchens
Smaller, entry-level kitchens can run anywhere from $10,000-$15,000.
Mid range kitchens start around $20,000 and run up to $30,000. If you are a gourmet chef please plan on spending upwards of $50,000 to make your kitchen food network quality!
Bathrooms
A quick freshening up can start at around $5000.
A complete rebuild starts at $10,000.
A spa quality bathroom could run you up to $40,000.
Decks
Outdoor living areas can increase your homes value incredibly.
There are many options in this category and prices will vary.
A lot of homeowners are switching over to the low maintenance composite decking material. These products start at $2.50 a linear foot which is almost double white traditional pressure treated lumber costs.
Paint
Painting your property inside and out is a very quick an economical way to boost your homes value.
We strictly use Sherwin-Williams products that offer the best warranty in the business. Interior work will vary based on scope; walks, trim, doors, or ceilings. Depending on the exterior of your home there is a wide variety of paint choices for your specific exterior material.
Carpentry
Our carpenters are the best in the business. We can do everything from custom trim work on the inside of your home all the way to framing out your new addition. Depending on the project, we can charge by the project or by the hour.
